Pastor Anwar Hossain officially founded the Prime Evangelistic Church in 2007 as a fruit of work started a number of years ago. He accepted Jesus as his personal savior from within a Majority religious background in 1978. In the early days of his Christian life he served Young Christian Workers (YCW) which was a wing of Operation Mobilization (OM), as part of a distribution team of the Bangladesh Bible Society, and now actively supports a variety of different Christian organizations. God has used him in leadership positions in various Christian and non-Christian organizations in Bangladesh. Throughout his Christian life, he has earned a solid reputation as someone who could be relied on to get things done. His journey of faith has been a source of blessing and encouragement to so many believers walking on the same path.
